• There is room for expansion by purchase of more land for planting of palm trees.
• Plantation will be Managed by a group of experienced farmers under the supervision of Agape Farms with their experience over the years
• Maintenance cost will be analyzed in the Farm Setup Agreement
• Owners are free to visit the farm by notifying the farm Management.
• Updates on the plantation will be sent bi- annually while earnings from the plantation commence from the 4th Year.

Physical allocation will be after 6 months of completion of payment
Incomplete payments as at when due will attract a 5%monthly interest on outstanding balance
Cancellation of subscription in the process of cultivation will attract a 40% deduction from total payment.

Subscriber is not eligible for refund at completion of cultivation except a new buyer is involved and a 40% deduction on total payment
Application for change of land subscription and payment plan shall attract a 10% administrative fee on total subscription.
